The Selfridge Suite was an extraordinary upgrade, showcasing spaciousness and comfort while the staff’s exceptional politeness made a great impression. Breakfast exceeded expectations with beautifully presented tropical fruits and a wide selection, though dinner didn’t quite meet the 5-star standard anticipated. The location was also ideal for our planned evening function, but the dining experience could use some enhancement.

I absolutely loved my time in a cozy Double Room. The breakfast was particularly impressive, featuring beautifully cooked options and freshly baked pastries, which set a great tone for the day. The staff were attentive and friendly, making sure all our needs were met during our stay. I found the evening dining menu could use some additional variety to enhance the experience further.

Oh, the breakfast had me buzzing with the taste of homemade bread, and the cooked options were spot on! Plus, the restaurant vibe was cozy and inviting, making our dining experience a delight.
While the ensuite was modern, the room had a hoarder’s charm with mismatched furniture and one bed that felt more like a child’s cot. Not quite the 5-star experience we'd hoped for!

I stayed in a Twin Room for a night, and it was alright. The bed was decent, but not the comfiest I've experienced. The bathroom was spacious, which was a big plus. Cleanliness was on point, but overall, it didn’t have that wow factor I’d expect. Could use a little more charm, honestly.
